One verdict per site, not one number per plan.
The ledger ranks offers by a multiplier, and a multiplier can only describe a price. These are the parts it cannot: what paying a provider is actually like, what the headline number leaves out, and whether I would send them money again. Each review sits beside that provider's terms exactly as I checked them, so you can test my reasoning against the same facts I used.

verboo.ai: the tokens really are unlimited. Two concurrent requests is the actual plan.
$69 a month for unlimited GLM 5.3 Flash, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash and DeepSeek V4 Flash. Every tier from $24 to $269 carries the same two concurrent requests, so paying more buys a bigger model list, not more parallelism. If you fan out subagents, money does not raise that ceiling.

openference.com: the pricing is reasonable. Then it burns 10 minutes 39 seconds and dies with an error.
Pricing per request instead of per token is a fine idea and I have nothing against it. The problem is that the request does not come back — 10 minutes 39 seconds of thinking, then the stream was interrupted. Verdict: do not pay them.
