One verdict per site, not one number per plan.
The ledger ranks offers by a multiplier, and a multiplier can only describe a price. These are the parts it cannot: what paying a provider is actually like, what the headline number leaves out, and whether I would send them money again. Each review sits beside that provider's terms exactly as I checked them, so you can test my reasoning against the same facts I used.

Neutralverboo.ai: the tokens really are unlimited. Two concurrent requests is the actual plan.
A flat monthly fee that suits someone who runs it continuously. If you spike dozens of sessions at once and then idle for hours, it is the wrong shape — every tier from $24 to $269 carries the same two concurrent requests, so money does not buy the burst.

Not recommendedopenference.com: the models are real, it is slow, and it keeps cutting out
The models are genuine and the decode speed is normal. What is not normal is that a paid request runs for ten minutes and then returns nothing at all. Not recommended.
