What the headline leaves out

  • Off-peak is not a discount on the price, it is a discount on what the plan consumes — the multiplier only doubles if you can actually shift your traffic.
  • Lite is 4.5x and Standard is 6x at base rates; Pro is the only tier worth the headline.
  • Prices are in CNY and the tiers are regional.
